The school year is up and running. The students have been learning about the importance of memorizing multiplication facts as the math series progresses at a rapid pace. We just finished our mapping unit in Social Studies and we are moving on to the Ice Age Era. The students are very excited to explore the past and what it meant for the state of Wisconsin. We are looking forward to visiting again with our CCHCC pals in November. This month we played Jingo with them for prizes. It was a lot of fun.
Fourth Grade Fun
Reading class is structured around each student's individual goals in his/her Individual Education Plan (IEP). Supplemental material is also added such as current events relevant to today's changing world. Whenever possible, daily living skills are embedded into the curriculum.
We enjoy numerous book titles throughout the school year. Many of the stories teach life lessons.
