Inclusion


Some of my students benefit best from inclusionary practices. This is where I, or another special education support person, goes into the general education classroom to assist the student and/or to assist the teacher to work with the student. Observations may take place during this time which help in formally assessing Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals. Since our goal is to have students in their least restrictive setting, inclusion is an important aspect of Owen-Withee Schools.
